About Us

Hi! I’m Danielle—the hands, heart, and flour-dusted apron behind this sourdough venture.

  Born and raised in small-town California, I now live in beautiful Indiana with my husband and our three amazing kids.

  What started as a curious scroll through sourdough TikTok turned into a full-blown passion with bubbling jars and golden crusts turned into a love letter to slow food and simple living. 

I bake the old-fashioned way: small batches, wild yeast, no shortcuts. Just flour, water, salt, and patience--and a little music, a lot of love, and sometimes little helpers to taste test.
